Patient with hyperchlicemia at the family doctor

Issues of prevalence, preconditions for the course of diabetes mellitus are considered in the paper. The role of insulin in the body is determined. Nosologies in which hyperglycemia occurs are presented. Provided risk groups and discussed the issues of early diagnosis by a family doctor.
