Variability of blood pressure and autonomic homeostasis status of patients with arterial hypertension in the dynamic of treatment by a drug «Neotenz».

This paper studied the clinical status, the status of autonomic homeostasis variability of blood pressure, heart rate parameters, pro- and antioxidant systems in patients with hypertension of the first stage during complex therapy with the inclusion of the drug “Neotenz.” It is proved that Neotenz has favorable effects on clinical and functional status of patients — enhances antihypertensive effect of basic therapy, reduces blood pressure variability frequency of extrasystoles, normalizes parameters of vegetative homeostasis and 24 hours blood pressure profile, reduces oxidative stress indicators and meteodependence.
