β– adrenoblocators: mechanisms of action and clinical usage.

The article presents the latest data of the mechanisms of action and classification of β- adrenoblocators, the features of the usage of β- adrenoblocators in isolated cardiac and vascular disease and in case of comorbid pathology of internal diseases, general effects and side- effects of β- adrenoblocators, as well as the characteristics of their interaction with other drugs.
