The new classification of the urinary system diseases, which was accepted on the V congress of the nephrologists, is presented in the article. This classification is comported with international classification of diseases ICD-A new class — acute kidney disease and a new rubric — acute kidney injury are entered in the classification of the urinary system diseases.
