Inhibitors of angiotensin the turning enzyme. Features of clinical application.

The article presents the latest data of the mechanisms of action and classification of inhibitor’s AТЕ, the features of the usage of inhibitor’s AТЕ in isolated cardiac and vascular disease and in case of comorbid pathology of internal diseases, general effects and side- effects of ingibitor`s AТЕ, as well as the characteristics of their interaction with other drugs.
