Іssues of diagnosis and Treatment of non-tuberculous mycobacteriosis

Recently, in Ukraine, as in other European countries, there has been an increase in the incidence of nontuberculous mycobacteriosis. In this regard, issues of diagnosis and treatment of mycobacteriosis are becoming increasingly important. This article discusses in detail the epidemiology of non-tuberculous mycobacteriosis in the European Region and in the world, provides modern classifications, highlights the diagnosis of mycobacteriosis, identification of mycobacteria, and the prescription of adequate treatment regimens.
