Psoriasis: pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, principles of therapy.

The lecture presents modern views on the pathogenesis of psoriasis, the role of genetic and immune disorders, neoangiogenesis. Considered the main clinical manifestations of psoriasis. Paying attention to comorbid disease in psoriasis, given modern methods of treatment of dermatosis.
