The contemporary data about psychogenic mental disorders that performed in process and after outstanding situations was observed. There consist 4 groups —  non-pathological (physiological) reactions (Z65.5), pathological reactions (F43.0), neurotic disturbances (F4), psychotic disturbances (F44-F43). On the latest period on the victims of outstanding situations the posttraumatic stress disorders (PTSR) — F 43.1, or chronic personality disorders after catastrophic events (F 62.0) were performed.
