Mineral «portrait» of human in health and disease.macronutrients, or two sides of the same coin — how vital it becomes dangerous

N.Yu. Ptushchenko, PHD T.M. Pasiyeshvili. Kharkiv National Medical University

The questions of elemental imbalance in relation to essential macronutrients are discussed in the paper. The main ones that are present in the human body are shown. These are the main ones that are present in the human body. There is a definite impact of macronutrient on the vital processes. Norms of minerals for different categories of patients are given in the paper. Dietary recommendations for macronutrient consumption during their shortage or surplus are reviewed. Basic modern diagnostic methods and dietary methods for correction of macronutrient imbalances are discussed.

Key Words: macronutrients, minerals, elemental imbalance, diet therapy.
