The paper describes the pathogenetic links participating in the formation of subfebrile syndrome. Describedquestion of differential diagnosis in the most common diseases of internal organs, accompanied by a subfebriletemperature. Are shown diagnostic criterias that allow to establish the diagnosis and given drugs the priscriptionof which may contribute to an increase in temperature.
