Chronic acalculous cholecystitis: clinical features, diagnosis and treatment.

The article presents data on the etiology and pathogenesis, risk factors and causes of chronic cholecystitis. The article deals with methods of diagnosis, treatment, differentiated appointment of choleretic drugs, prokinetics depending on  the presence of hypokinetic or hyperkinetic dyskinesia of the gallbladder that accompanying the chronic cholecystitis.

Key Words: chronic cholecystitis, atypical forms of chronic cholecystitis, basic diagnostic criteria, treatment guidelines, choleretics and cholekinetics.
