The role of physiotherapy and balneology in the organization of modern rehabilitation care

The article examines the role of physiotherapy and balneology in the organization of modern rehabilitation care. The mechanisms of action, indications, and clinical effectiveness of these methods are analyzed. The feasibility of a multimodal approach to rehabilitation is substantiated.

The technological features of the application of physiotherapy and balneology that influence the organization of rehabilitation care are identified. In the context of the critically increasing demand for rehabilitation services in Ukraine, associated with the consequences of war and chronic stress, the organization of rehabilitation becomes a key factor ensuring its accessibility and effectiveness. Sanatorium institutions are considered an effective organizational form for providing rehabilitation care.
