Mykhaylov. Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The contemporary data about psychogenic mental disorders that performed in process and after outstanding situations was observed. There consist 4 groups \u2014\u00a0 non-pathological (physiological) reactions (Z65.5), pathological reactions (F43.0), neurotic disturbances (F4), psychotic disturbances (F44-F43). On the latest period on the victims of outstanding situations the posttraumatic stress disorders (PTSR) \u2014 F 43.1, or chronic personality disorders after catastrophic events (F 62.0) were performed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Key Words:<\/strong> psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, urgent medical-psychological care, stress disorder, neurotic disturbances, psychotic disturbances, psychological rehabilitation.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mykhaylov B.
