Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University <\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mine-blast trauma (MBT) is characterized by combined damage caused by blast wave, fragments, acceleration\/impact of the body, thermal and toxic factors, which forms a multi-organ injury profile and a high frequency of long-term functional limitations.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022-2025, rehabilitation after blast injuries evolved from a fragmented approach to a model of continuous care (from early rehabilitation in the acute period to long-term outpatient, community, and professional reintegration), relying on multidisciplinary teams, the International Classification of Functioning (ICF) and clinical guidelines for amputations, traumatic brain injury, acoustic trauma, burns, and pain.<\/p>\n<p>The article summarizes key evidence-based approaches and organizational solutions: early mobilization and prevention of complications, pre-prosthetic preparation, modern prosthetics, neurorehabilitation for blast-related mTBI, audiological management of tinnitus\/hearing loss, burn rehabilitation, multimodal pain management, integrated psychological support, and hospital-rehabilitation-community routing.
