Kashirttseva<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kharkiv National Medical University<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ukrainian Humanitarian Institute<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It has been established that patients with GERD with concomitant obesity have secretory disorders, and in patients with isolated GERD, increased gastric juice aggression comes to the fore, and in patients with GERD with concomitant obesity, a decrease in the alkaline function of the antrum. It has been proven that patients with GERD with concomitant obesity have motor-evacuation disorders, and in patients with GERD with concomitant obesity, all indicators and especially the increase in the volume of refluxate were statistically worse than in patients with isolated GERD. When studying the characteristics of the distribution of adipose tissue, it was found that patients with GERD with concomitant obesity have significantly higher indicators compared to patients with isolated GERD.
