Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, Kharkiv National Medical University.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This paper studied the dynamics of the lipid spectrum of blood and functional state of the endothelium of blood C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with hypertension stage 1-2, which were additional factors of cardiovascular risk, under the influence of adjuvant therapy with the use of the drug Letium. 12-week therapy with the inclusion of Letium was accompanied by a statistically significant reduction in plasma total cholesterol, total TG, LDL cholesterol, atherogenic factor and increased levels of anti atherogenic HDL cholesterol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Key Words:<\/strong> hypertension, C-reactive protein, lipid lowering therapy, endothelium vasodilatation.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"a\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"UK\">Kochueva MN, Korzh AN, Kochuev GI, Gavriluk VA, Plehova OA.
