Gamaliia <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, Kyiv <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The article deals with the concept put forward by the professor of Kharkov University I.P. Skvortsov, according to which the health of the people, the preservation of which depends on the observance of hygiene standards, is the most important criterion of civilization.
