The role of a family doctor, who must be aware of the diagnosis and treatment of various organs diseases, gains more and more importance. The general practitioner has to be fluent in both routine methods of patient examination and the latest diagnostic capabilities for the early detection of different internal organ diseases. In the family doctor practice, questions arise about the primary kidney damage diagnosis, prevention and early detection of secondary kidney affection in case of internal organs diseases.
