Bobronnikova L.R., Al-Trawneh O.V. Kharkiv National Medical University.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the article features of pathogenetic mechanisms of the combined course of arterial hypertension and type2 diabetes mellitus are considered. This pathology potentiates the development of micro- and macrovascularcomplications, raises cardiovascular risk. Concomitant abdominal obesity contributes to the imbalance ofadipocytokines, and complicates the course of type 2 diabetes.
